FLEC Software

Product no.: FL-1001-x
Control  Essential control parameters are the time, flow and/or volume based schedule for the airpumps performing the sampling

Documentation Essential documentation parameters are the actual times, flows and volumes pumped. In addition the temperature and humidity at various points in the air stream are important parts of the documentation.

FLEC-Pumps Chemanet® can control up to 32 FLEC Air Pumps in one sampling process.

Schedule Up to five periods can be scheduled to allow for pre-conditioning, the actual sampling and other requirements of the sampling process. Depending on the period it can be terminated ontime, volume, temperature and humidity conditions.

Alarms Alarms can be configured for each period and each pump - for out of range flow, mean flow, power, temperature and humidity or for max. volume.

Events  Major points and user interactions during the sampling process are registered and documented as "events". The operator can add manual events to add notes and comments during the sampling process.

Timestamp and Signature Alarms, notification and events are time-stamped when they occur and can be acknowledged with signature, text and time of acknowledgement.

Email Alarms and notifications can be configured to send an email to one or more recipients.

Web Interface  Chemanet® can be monitored and partly controlled using a remote web-browser.

Methods Complete Sampling setups are stored as methods for reuse.

Sampling reports A report generator allows selection of topics to be reported, including graphs of measured parameters. Reports can be produced as a direct print, word-document or HTML-document

Data Export  Data Export produces reports in a TAB separated file format

Calibration Chemanet® provides procedures for calibrating flow, temperature and humidity sensors on each pump and change the pump ID and pump name.

Check and Adjust Chemanet® contains a check and adjust procedure to fine-tune pump operation

User-Interface The parameters measured are presented numerically and graphically during all phases of the sampling process.
