The FLEC AirControl ist designed to control the flow, humidityand purity of the air which is supplied to the FLEC-Cell. The AirControl is an easily handled unit. Pure and dry compressed air is supplied to the AirControl with a pressure of 2-8bar. The air is passed through a pressure regulator, a manometer and a high capacity charcoal-filter and is then split up into two channels (left and right).
The air in the right channel ist passed into a 3-way-valve via a flow-controller. The air in the left channel is passed through a flow controller, a safety-valve, a flow-meter and a humidifier into a 3-way-valve.
The dry and the humid air are then mixed via a 3-way-valve in the requested relation. The humidity of the mixed air is adjusted by the flow controllers. The valves may also be used for reference-measurements of the dry, the humid or the mixed air.
