Sample Loops
PEEK-Sample Loops with volumes from 1 to 20 µl are manufactured of Ultra-T-PEEK tubing which is the tubing with the closest tolerances of only +/-0,025 mm in OD and ID available on the market. This guarantees the smallest volume deviation possible.
All other PEEK-Sample Loops have a tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm in ID.
Stainless Steel Sample Loops are made from tubing that is tested according to EN 10201/3.1B. The stainless steel tubing is cut using EDC (electronic discharge) techniques to achieve square and buff-free ends for zero dead volume connections.
We offer sample loops with other volumes on request.
In our product descriptions we use the names of the valve manufacturers to describe the application of the sample loops.
Sample Loops up to 1 ml have an OD of 1/16", all others have 1/8" OD.
